Facile synthesis of interwoven ZnMn2O4 nanofibers by electrospinning and their performance in Li-ion batteries
2019/11/27 21:21:29 admin
Interwoven ZnMn2O4 nanofibers with porous nanostructures were successfully prepared by an electrospinning technique. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results reveal that the obtained ZnMn2O4 nanofibers are 153 nm in diameter and several micrometers in length. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that the nanofibers possess highly crystalline structure without any impurity phase. When evaluated as an electrode material for Li-ion batteries (LIBs), results of the electrochemical test show that these unique interwoven ZnMn2O4 nanofibers exhibit admirable lithium storage performances with high specific capacity and excellent rate capability. The interwoven and continuous one dimensional (1D) nanostructure of ZnMn2O4 nanofibers makes a prominent contribution to the excellent electrochemical performance. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V.
